1. HOW IS BELLA'S CUSTOM BOWLS PACKAGED?

Our containers are safely packed in refrigerated bowls and delivered right to your door. We put just the right amount of gel packs and insulation in the box so your Dog’s food can stay fresh for up to 5 days in transit.

 

2. HOW DO I TRANSITION MY DOG TO BELLA’S CUSTOM BOWLS?

  1. For a successful transition, we recommend mixing Bella’s Custom Bowls with your Dog’s current food and gradually increasing the amount of Bella’s Custom Bowls until your doggy is eating 100% of Bella’s Custom Bowls. Transitioning could take 7-14 days. 

  2. If your dog is not adjusting or experiences minor tummy troubles, stay at that transition stage for an extra day or two.

 

3. HOW ARE BELLA’S CUSTOM BOWLS MEALS MADE?

Our meals are designed to meet AAFCO standards. We use fresh, human-grade ingredients and add in all the important nutrients your dog needs. According to USDA-facility standards, our meals are prepared in a USDA kitchen, where each recipe is gently cooked in small batches.

 

4. HOW LONG DOES BELLA’S CUSTOM BOWLS STAY FRESH?

Bella’s Custom Bowls is fresh food, so it must be refrigerated or frozen.

Your containers will arrive frozen. You can allow them to defrost in the fridge.

 

Once a container is defrosted, it should be kept in the fridge and used within 5 days. You can keep up to a week's worth of food in the fridge at a time - the rest should be stored in the freezer. You can keep the containers in the freezer for up to 12 months. Refer to the best by date on the bottom of your containers.

Note: Bella’s Custom Bowls is fresh food. It should not be left out of the fridge for more than two hours. If your Dog doesn't gobble it up right away, toss back in the fridge for later.

7. WHAT IF MY DOG DOESN'T LIKE THE FOOD?

Not every recipe may be right for your dog. If your dog doesn’t like certain recipes, try 1 or more of the other recipes we offer. Tried everything, and your dog still doesn’t like our food? SEE OUR REFUND POLICY OR EMAIL US at info@bellascustombowls.com.

 

8. CAN I compost BELLA’S CUSTOM BOWLS PACKAGING?

Our bowls are not compostable however, they are recyclable. We do encourage you to reuse them as Tupper wear for everyday purposes.
